A Partner at Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co., Adetunji Oyeyipo graduated from the University of Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 1982 with combined Honours in English and Philosophy. He subsequently obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Ibadan Nigeria, in 1986. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 and has been in active legal practice with Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co. since 1987.
He is also a member of the Editorial Board of Law Breed Publications, publishers of the Supreme Court Law Reports. He heads the Lagos office of Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co. He is a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved Capital Market Consultant who has attended several SEC approved courses, Seminars, and Workshops.
Kayode Fadahunsi is the Chief Executive Officer of Prosperis Group which operates in 9 states across Nigeria with 10 investee companies under its belt. He is an ardent finance professional with over 24 years of experience spanning Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Strategy and Structuring, Mergers and Acquisition deals, Principal Investment, Capital Markets and Investor Relations.
Prior to founding the Prosperis Group, he served at UBA Plc as a Director of Investor Relations, Managing Director of Capital Markets at United Capital Plc, and MD at United Capital Securities Ltd.
Kayode has completed the Owners President Management Programme (“OPM58”) at Harvard Business School, Boston. He also has completed the Chief Executive Programme (“CEP25”) and Senior Management Programme (“SMP35”) at Lagos Business School Pan African University, Lagos.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), an Honorary Senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB), a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (ACISI).
Ifeoma has over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Consultant & Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner across major sectors of the Nigerian economy. She has core skills in Human Resources ranging from Executive Selection, Employee Engagement and On-boarding, Manpower/People Development to Organizational/Culture Change and Restructuring. She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Akoka; Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and a Law Degree from the same University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
Mrs. Ifeoma P. Adeniyi joined the services of SMADAC Securities Limited on November 10, 2008 as the 2nd Vice President /HR Admin with over twenty (20) years cognate experience in HR Management practice as part of the Company’s strategic repositioning.
A graduate of Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos (1987), Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy (1992) and Bachelor of Law Degree (2002) from the same University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
She started her career as an Admin/Personnel Manager with Acton Techniques Limited in 1989 and left to join Rich-Rotoye Consultants Limited as the Head of HR Consultancy (1996-2001).
Prior to joining the services of SMADAC Securities Limited, Ifeoma was a Senior Manager, Membership Services, Head, HR/Admin., Head, Learning and Development of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She participated in the reorganization in the Institute’s Secretariat in the year 2007/2008.
She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Association of Corporate Governance Professional of Nigeria (ACGPN), Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) and member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) USA.
As the Chief Compliance Officer, she ensures corporate governance is maintained at the highest level within the organization. Ifeoma is responsible for strict compliance to regulatory requirements both the Board & Management.
Dr. Yinka Adedeji, a fervent finance professional who served as the Group Divisional Head of Digital Banking for the UBA Group before he joined the board of Prosperis Holdings Ltd as a Non-Executive Director. While working at UBA, he championed and transformed UBA to a digital bank in 20 countries.
He holds an MSc, and PhD in Polymer Physics from the Case Western Reserve University, USA. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Finance from State University of New York. Prior to this, he gained a BSc. (First Class Honours) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Dr. Yinka was a Post Doctorate Fellow at the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Minnesota, USA.
Lotanna Uzoka is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience leading and scaling businesses in a variety of industries, including tech, telecommunications, cyber security, real estate, finance, FMCG, construction, power, oil, and gas. With a commendable track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and maximising profit, Lotanna currently sits as the Group Managing Director of Kennedia Group, which comprises of Kennedia Consulting Limited (KCL), a cutting-edge HR Professional Services Company, and Kennedia Health Maintenance Organisation (KHMO), a world-class Health Services Company.
Afterward, she moved to Iberia Airline where she worked as Manager, Corporate Communications, heading the unit and developing & improving the departments’ structure and processes for 2 years before progressing into consulting in 2007 where she worked as a consultant with the Recruitment Support Service Unit of Phillips Consulting Limited before she was transferred in 2010 to Head Business Development Unit of Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited. She is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Jos.

Under her prolific leadership, Kennedia Consulting Limited has been accredited and certified by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the umbrella of the Centre for Management Development (CMD), the Oil and Gas Trainers of Nigeria (OGTAN), the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN), Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), and is on its journey to being certified by the International Standard Organisation (ISO) on Quality and Management of Systems and Business Processes.
Samson Adekunle is a Certified Risk Analyst (CRA), Chartered Stockbroker, Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK, and Fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM®). He has over 16 years of working experience in the financial services industry spanning Banking and Capital Market, with core expertise in Enterprise-wide Risk Management, Business Development, Strategy, Financial Advisory, Internal Control, Treasury Management, & Securities Trading.
Prior to working at Prosperis Group, Samson worked at United Capital Plc as the Group Head of Risk Management & Internal Control. He also worked in the Risk Management Division of Guaranty Trust Bank for almost 10 years, prior to joining United Capital Plc.
Samson holds an MBA and a BSc. Degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University. He studied Disruptive Innovation at Harvard Business School, Innovation & Commercialization at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the Advanced Management Program at Lagos Business School (LBS) and IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.

He is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive C-suite exposure and a proven track record in helping clients achieve corporate and capital market objectives effectively. He has demonstrated success in leading international and multi-disciplinary teams, encompassing clients, advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, to deliver both financial and non-financial goals.
Efe has over 20 years of professional experience spanning investment banking and capital markets. He has led teams and executed transactions across Nigeria, East, and Southern Africa, with sectoral expertise in Financial Institutions, Industrials, Telecoms Media and Technology (TMT), and FMCG. His experience covers the full spectrum of investment banking products – M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Solutions.
He was instrumental in building, growing, and positioning Absa’s East Africa Investment Banking (IB) franchise. He successfully closed six transactions across M&A, ECM, and Debt Solutions for clients such as Vodacom Group, Vodacom Tanzania, ARM Cement, and Etisalat (now 9mobile). Additionally, he was a senior member of the Sub-Saharan Africa investment banking team responsible for driving origination and execution of transactions across core IBD products in West Africa.
Efe graduated from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, in 2001 with a B.Sc. in Biochemistry. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and earned a certificate in Strategic Management: Connected Strategy from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in August 2020. He also completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership program from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
